Mantra Glass Art - Jessica Schimpf
Based in Denver, Co, Mantra Glass Art is the creation of super talented glassblowing artist Jessica Schimpf. What truly makes MGA unique is not just the visually stunning showpieces that Jessica crafts fully by hand, but the origin of the glass itself. Sourced from broken shards discarded by other local glassblowers (and from her own production), MGA is one of the first glassblowing companies in the U.S.A. to use recycled clear glass in all of their production processes. Jessica's mission is simple: create beautiful, hand-blown glass artwork by utilizing innovative, green processes paired with traditional glassblowing techniques. Each expertly-crafted terrarium is a one-of-a-kind creation that makes a vibrant, long lasting addition to any home or office.
Process & Materials
Mantra Glass Art is the first glassblowing company in the U.S.A. to use recycled clear glass and organic, air purifying plants grown without the use of fertilizers or other harsh chemicals. All packaging is post consumer and is recycled from local Denver businesses. MGA recycles 100% of clear glass (and a large amount of colored glass as well) that has been broken or discarded by glass blowers sharing the Penfound Glass studio of Denver, CO.
All MGA pieces are handblown, unique, original works of art.
