SHIPPING POLICY

Purible currently provides shipping within the continental United States via UPS. 

Most orders ship within 1-­3 business days of order being received. However, since some of our specialty items are custom built upon receipt of order, it is possible that certain items will take longer to ship. We know it’s a pain to have to wait, but take solace in the fact that your product is being custom made just for you with intention, care, and attention to detail. If a product is likely to take longer than 4 business days to ship, it will be noted in the product description.

When ordering multiple products, in some cases these products will not ship in the same package and will arrive at slightly different times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders, once shipped, can be tracked through UPS.com.


RETURN POLICY

Purible accepts returns on certain merchandise on a case-by-case basis. Most products sold on the site may be returned for store credit in the amount of the purchase price if returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Refunds will not be granted on any additional charges such as shipping, handling, or special deliveries. Instructions on returns, if applicable, will be included in the product description of the product you ordered. You may also contact us by e-mailing us at returns@purible.com for any questions related to special return conditions.

Refunds will be credited to the account from which your order was placed two to three weeks from the date that the merchandise was returned.

No refunds are available on any perishable goods, customized goods, gift cards, health and personal care items, downloadable or open software, subscriptions that have been accessed, any any product that indicates that it is non-returnable.Items should be returned new, unused, and with original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• Purible will not accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, or missing the original tags.

• Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, returns shall only be accepted for health and beauty products (including but not limited to soaps, perfumes, tinctures, makeup, salves, balms, skin creams, etc) if product is returned in the original, sealed, unopened package. Any such products that are returned opened or used shall not be credited.

• Sales are final for all perishable food or drink products.

• Always check product description for specific return restrictions.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received the wrong product from Purible, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at: returns@purible.com, subject header "ERROR."  We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.


OUR RETURN PROCESS

We provide free and easy returns for store credit on items returned within 14 days of shipment date.

To return an item, simply email returns@purible.com with the subject header “return.” Please include your ORDER NUMBER as well as the SKU # of the product that you wish to return in the body of the email. Both numbers can be found on your order confirmation that was emailed to you at time of purchase, as well as on the packing slip that arrived with your package.

Purible will email you a printable UPS shipping label within 1 business day -­ its FREE and makes tracking your order easy. Package your product in a box suitable for shipment. If you are using the prepaid shipping label, drop off the package at your local UPS location.

If you choose not to use the prepaid label, we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit (Purible will not be responsible).

We will email you once your returned item has been received and accepted. Please wait 5-­7 business days for your store credit to be applied to your account.
